If any individual, organization, or business communicates in a disrespectful manner, to any other individual, organization, or business, DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE has the right to remove the user from the system and block further participation in the system and the American-Made Challenges Network. Disrespectful behavior may also lead to the forfeit of government funding or the right to participate in government programs. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE has the right to revoke privileges at any time, for any reason. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE also does not necessary endorse any individual, organization, or business included in this system. Making connections to individuals, organizations, and businesses through this platform is a choice made by the participants, it is not a requirement to participate in government programs, such as prizes. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE shall not be held liable or responsible for faulty business transactions or poor work products, or any other negative encounter with individuals, organizations, or businesses utilizing this platform.
