DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE expects that all participants using this system maintain common courtesy and the utmost respect to other individuals, organizations, and companies when using this platform and communicating with others outside of this platform. If any individual, organization, or business communicates in a disrespectful manner, to any other individual, organization, or business, DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE has the right to remove the user from the system and block further participation in the system and the American-Made Challenges Network. Disrespectful behavior may also lead to the forfeit of government funding or the right to participate in government programs. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE has the right to revoke privileges at any time, for any reason. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE also does not necessary endorse any individual, organization, or business included in this system. Making connections to individuals, organizations, and businesses through this platform is a choice made by the participants, it is not a requirement to participate in government programs, such as prizes. DOE/NREL/ALLIANCE shall not be held liable or responsible for faulty business transactions or poor work products, or any other negative encounter with individuals, organizations, or businesses utilizing this platform.
