Blue Institute, a non-profit 501c, is dedicated to supporting innovative solutions for clean water, healthy & secure oceans, and climate resiliency for all. The BLUE Excelerator is an "Advanced Topics" accelerator, founded in 2020 to support BlueTech, ClimateTech & the Blue Economy startups design, plan, and execute Pilots and Prototypes. BLUE Excelerator is a climate impact entrepreneurial program at the Blue Institute. Blue Institute develops interdisciplinary “water-thought” leaders through programming in education, research, entrepreneurship & community engagement. We are headquartered at the on Cape Cod in Massachusetts at the Pleasant Bay Community Boating, and can also be found at Innovate Newport in Rhode Island where the BLUE Excelerator originated.
