We’re an ambitious resident-led nonprofit bringing solar power and energy democracy to Highland Park, Michigan and beyond. We formed in 2011 after utility monopoly DTE Energy repossessed over 1000 residential streetlights leaving residents to live in the dark to this day. We’re seeking partnership to fund, manufacture and build community-owned solar streetlights and resilient clean energy to Highland Park.
